Olive tree and Olive Oil Festival

The olive tree-growing in Brisighella has ancient origins: already at the time of the Roman the olive tree and its products were well-known and appreciated.

The traditional festival takes place in the medieval village of Brisighella and celebrates the refined extra virgin olive oils Brisighella and Brisighello (awarded with the PDO label) and the growth Nobil Drupa. During the festival visitors can enjoy music entertainment, find stands and market which sell typical products and buy the precious oil from his producers thanks to the C.A.B. (Agricultural Cooperative of Brisighella) dealer.
