Tour proposal:
First day:
Arrival in Parma Lowlands and multimedia tour in Giuseppe Verdi’s Birthplace. Then visit to a PDO Culatello di Zibello production factory with tasting-lunch in the nearby restaurant. In the afternoon possibility to visit the other Verdi’s places in Busseto area.
Overnight in an old relais wrapped in an elegant and traditional atmosphere.
Second day:
Visit to a Parmigiano-Reggiano dairy farm with tasting; then visit to the prestigious Rocca Meli Lupi in Soragna.
Stop in a workshop where local jardinière and other traditional sauces are made together with typical Spongata cake; show of fresh homemade pasta preparation to discover the small secrets of local housewives, here called “rezdore”.
Lunch near Fidenza Village Chic Outlet Shopping. In the afternoon free time for shopping into the famous and fashionable boutiques.
