Grape and Lambrusco Grasparossa Wine Festival

Grape and Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Wine Festival usually takes place during the last two weekends of September and in this year it reaches its 2017edition. It is born to celebrate the most important local product: Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro POD (Protected Designation of Origin). Through the streets of the historic centre of Castelvetro, passionate wine tourists can taste the best productions of Lambrusco Grasparossa of Castelvetro directly from the wineries.

The event aims to enhance and strengthen the agricultural vocation of the territory highlighting the winemaking excellence combined with the typical local delicacies.

The tasting is enriched by live music, art exhibitions, the traditional parade of “Carri di Bacco” (Bacchus’ Floats) and entertainment for adults, teens and children.
