Casa Artusi Museum
Located inside the magnificent ‘Chiesa dei Servi’ church in Forlimpopoli, Casa Artusi is the first gastronomic cultural centre dedicated to Italian home cooking. The Casa Artusi Museum commemorates Pellegrino Artusi, widely considered the father of Italian cuisine, and his “art of eating well”, with a multimedia tour that allows visitors to create their own ideal menu following the principles expounded by Artusi. The museum complex includes: the civic library, the private library of Pellegrino Artusi, the Artusi restaurant, an events area, wine tasting rooms and a cookery school. The latter is the beating heart of Casa Artusi which, in partnership with the Le Mariette association, has for many years been staging courses for professionals and food lovers alike.
