"Mulino del Po" bread museum

The city of Ro has a faithful reconstruction of a water mill, just like the ones that have characterized the landscape in the past. It houses the "Mulino del Po" museum, inspired by the mill described by Bacchelli in his famous novel, and aims to spread the culture of the famous and characteristic Ferrara's bread known as "coppia". The museum includes a demonstration of how the mill, visitors can also enjoy a lovely view on the banks of the Po river, natural union between culture and local products. The museum also has a dining area where visitors can end their journey with a Ferrara's bread tasting accompanied by other local products. It's also provided the opportunity to buy organic and traditional products of Ferrara area.
